Your personal data can reach us in different ways, depending on how you use our website or contact us.
3.1 Website visits
When you visit our website, we may register your IP address via cookies or other analytics tools. This helps us keep the website running technically, secure it, and improve it based on anonymous statistics. More information can be found in our cookie policy.
3.2 Contact and cooperation
If you contact us as a (potential) customer or partner, we process the data you share with us. This can include your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, and invoicing details. We use this information to create quotes, perform services, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth collaboration.

4. Purposes of processing
We only process your data with a clear purpose. Depending on your interaction with our website or team, this may include the following.
4.1 Handling requests and assignments
When you contact us, we use your data to respond to your question, prepare a quote, or start a collaboration. If you become a customer, we also use your data for administration, invoicing, and follow-up.

If you explicitly subscribe, we send you e-mails with information about new services, promotions, or other relevant content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
4.4 Website analytics
We use tools such as Google Analytics or Independent Analytics to understand how visitors behave on our site. For example, which pages are popular, where people drop off, or how long they stay on a page. These insights help us make the website more user-friendly. Data is anonymous or anonymized, unless you give explicit consent for more extensive tracking.
4.5 Advertising purposes
Through tools such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads, we can advertise more effectively and re-target visitors on social media or in search engines. This way, our ads are more relevant to those interested in our services.
4.6 Legal obligations
Sometimes we are legally required to store or pass on certain data, for example for accounting or tax purposes. We never process more data than necessary and only for the purposes listed above.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. The exact period depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we collected it:
- Contact details via form or e-mail: kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer. In that case, your data will be stored longer as part of our project administration.
- Invoicing and accounting data: legally required to be kept for 7 years under Belgian accounting law.
- Newsletter data: kept as long as you are subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time, after which your data will be automatically deleted.
- Analytics data (Google Analytics): kept for a maximum of 26 months.
- Analytics data (Independent Analytics): stored purely as statistics and not linked to you as a person.
After these retention periods, your data will be deleted or anonymized, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
6. With whom do we share your data?
We handle your data carefully and only share it when strictly necessary. Your personal data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Sometimes, however, it is necessary to share certain data with external parties that support us in providing our services. Examples include our hosting provider or external WordPress plugins. These parties process your data on our behalf.
With all these parties, we sign a data processing agreement, containing clear arrangements about confidentiality and correct handling of your data.
